Shipping We know you may have an urgent need for a phone recorder, so we have FAST SHIPPING service! All orders placed by 6pm(cst) are shipped the very next business day! Orders are shipped by USPS with tracking number provided.
Shipping Package We use very discrete packaging to ship your order. It is a plain box with no wording on it that indicates it's from this website. There is nothing on the outside of the box that indicates what it contains.
Credit Card Charge
The charge that appears on your credit card statement will not indicate it was a purchase from this website.
Warranties
TelephoneCallRecorder.com is an authorized dealer and reseller of various manufacturers phone recorders. All products represented on this web site are brand new models. The manufacturer's warranty covers defects and faulty parts. TelephoneCallRecorder.com does not provide a warranty,
express, implied, or otherwise on any of the products/equipment that we offer. All product warranties are those of the manufacturers. If a buyer receives a defective item, we will replace or repair that item (providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration) at our discretion during the warranty period provided said defective
item is returned (shipping prepaid by purchaser) complete (i.e. original product box, product packing, product manual, power supply, etc.), or the original manufacturer will replace or repair that item during the warranty period. If an item fails during the warranty period, the buyer should contact the manufacturer.
1-Day Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted by contacting us within 1 day of receipt of your product. Therefore, if you have ANY questions or concerns when placing your order, please contact us BEFORE you order, so we can make sure you are choosing the correct items to fit your needs. Refunds are issued less a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. You must email us within 1 day of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and correct return address before sending us the product. We will refuse any return deliveries that do not have an RMA# written on the outside of the box or sent to the wrong address. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Under NO circumstances will we accept any returns outside of these guidelines.
APO & International Customers
All sales are final to APO addresses and to addresses outside of the United States.
International buyers are wholly responsible for any import licensing requirements, custom duties, and import restrictions. It is the international buyers responsibility to ascertain destination country laws, regulations, and customs prior to ordering.
