Fast Shipping
We know you may have an urgent need for a phone recorder, so we have SAME-DAY SHIPPING service! All domestic orders placed by 1pm(CST) are shipped the same business day! (International orders ship next business day.) Domestic orders are shipped Monday - Friday by UPS, and international orders are shipped by Express Mail, both with tracking number provided. Any domestic order over $130 qualifies for free ground shipping!
Shipping Package
We use very discrete packaging to ship your order. It is a plain box with no wording on it that indicates it's from this website. There is nothing on the outside of the box that indicates what it contains.
Credit Card Charge
The name that appears on your credit card statement will not indicate it was a purchase from this website.
Standard 90-Day Warranty
For your convenience and peace of mind, all items purchased through TelephoneCallRecorder are backed by our standard 90-day warranty. We will replace or repair the item if it stops working (providing there is no evidence of misuse or abuse) within 90 days of the delivery date with a new or “like new” working item. To notify us of a defective product, please contact us to request a warranty case number and return instructions.
Easy 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TelehoneCallRecorder products and are here to help. Most issues can be resolved by a quick contact to our technical support department. In the rare case that a recorder isn’t working or fails to meet your needs, we’ll quickly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
At TelephoneCallRecorder we want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer an easy 7-day return policy. (However, if you have ANY questions or concerns when placing your order, please contact us BEFORE you order so we can make sure you are choosing the correct recorder to fit your individual circumstance.) If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. (With the exception of SD cards, Phone2PC software, GPS units, and KeyKatcher, these products are non-returnable.) We will refuse any return deliveries that do not have an RMA# written on the outside of the box or sent to the wrong address. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Under no circumstances will we accept returns outside of these guidelines. (Does not apply to international customers; see below.) After inspecting and testing the returned merchandise, we will issue the appropriate credit back to your credit card. Refunds are issued less a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a “free shipping” offer when you ordered your item, an additional charge of $7.95 will apply for original shipping costs.
APO & International Customers
All sales are final to APO addresses and to addresses outside of the United States. International buyers are wholly responsible for any import licensing requirements, custom duties, and import restrictions. It is the international buyers responsibility to ascertain destination country laws, regulations, and customs prior to ordering.
