I was surprised at the speed of delivery of the recorder, then was equally impressed with its features and ease of setup. I have inquired about this type of product before and was leery of getting one, but now I wouldn't know what to do with out it, this will help keep orders straight and conversations. Overall I'm very pleased with this device and recommend it to others that need one. (Posted on 8/2/11)

My first recorder so there is no basis for comparison-seems adequate for my needs but appears decidedly low tech-I would be happy to pay more to get a LED screen that I could read without squinting and using magnification glasses (for example) and those buttons for navigating the menu feel like they're from the 80's...software is so-so...would be nice to have calls numbered in sequence and be easily screened the same way. Audio quality is good and export to pc is easy-willybfree (Posted on 3/29/11)

After getting a very bad telephone recorder from Radio Shack, I returned it and did my research. I compared many recorderrs and decided on this one because it was the only one that does both automatic recording and saves to an SD card. I would have liked it if it could record straight into WAV format for when I want the phone recording file on my computer, but with the software it comes with, it's pretty easy to convert. If you don't need to have the recording on your computer, then you don't need to worry about this because you can just listen from the calls right from the recorder. Since it has removable SD cards, you can just keep storing the calls on the SD cards. (They have a very large capacity.) Overall this is a great recorder that fits my needs well. (Posted on 2/4/11)
