You may get a "line hum" that is not covered in the setup.
Just call tech support and they will tell you where the "hum switch" is to eliminate it.
If you want to keep the Windows audio device, just let it choose Konexx and all will work fine. This is a good tool for recording phone calls with a simple GUI to control it after it is installed correctly. (Posted on 6/7/11)
