    I see that there is an office phone..can you use this device with your regular home phone? if so is there anything else i would need to purchase?
  • Hi Sherman, yes, the directions are straightforward, and, when you buy from us you get free phone technical support directly from the manufacturer, Konexx, who is based right here in California. Yes, you can use this for home phone recording too, as long as it has a curly handset cord to connect to. Everything you need to get started is included. (Or there's an optional cordless phone adapter available for purchase too.)

  • I am with a Hotel Management Company who is looking to use this product or a similar product for recording telephone calls for training purposes. We are just inquiring if this product is available to be shipped to Canada, and if so a price for the product. We are also wondering if we email a recorded conversation, does the recipient of the email need your program in order to hear the conversation?
  • Hi Jesse, yes, we can ship this product to Canada. The price is the same as you see on the website, in US dollars. It is very easy to email the telephone recording files, because there is a one-click "Email" button right in the program, and, the recipient does not need this software because it will be in standard WAV format that can be played on any computer.

  • Hi Surkan, yes, it will work with any phone service as long as you are using a phone that has a handset cord you can disconnect from the phone base, because that's where the adapter plugs in.

  • How easy is it to find a specific recording at a later date? If there are 100 or so recordings over a 4 to 5 day period, how are they indexed?

  • In answer to Greg's question above--representative had noted that files are named with a time and date stamp. Is the file also noted/named with the phone number?
  • Hi Andriana, yes and no... It doesn't capture the caller ID information, however, you can use the File Properties feature which allows defining certain properties such as title, author and notes to a file. So you could add the phone number or any other type of text note you want. Properties set for a file are searchable using the File Search feature.

  • Hi Ronnie, this isn't a recorder, it's recording software that you install on your PC. It does come with the hardware needed to connect your telephone to your PC via USB port, and one license of the software.
